Local Producers and Suppliers

As you would expect, Cultivate Oxford source supplies from local farmers and producers. The organisations main priority is to bring the best locally produced produce to the people of Oxford. Working with over 18 local producers, all within 25 miles of Oxford means food miles are kept to a minimum.

Blackland Organics, based just beyond Farringdon, 22 miles from Oxford, is another of our three main suppliers of veggies. Situated in beautiful surrounds and right next to Westmill community owned wind farm, it is a lovely place and grows, among many other things, the best tomatoes we’ve ever seen.
